How to order: First, browse the store and fill your shopping cart with the items you want to purchase, using the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. When you are finished, place your order by clicking the "Checkout" button and following these three simple steps:

1. Enter your billing and shipping information on the "Purchase Information" page.
2. Click the "Proceed" button to go to the "Order Confirmation" form to review your information.
3. Send your payment to complete your order:
   • offline by check or purchase order (detailed instructions are on the "Order Confirmation" page) or
   • online by secure credit card processing (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).

Note that payment for audio conferences must be received prior to the date of the audio conference. If paying offline, please allow sufficient time for your payment to reach us.

If you cancel your registration no later than 36 hours before the audio conference, we will gladly issue you a refund.
We regret that cancellations for refund after this time cannot be accepted.
